What does the warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty specifically covers the RockPro Windshield Repair Unit. If your unit malfunctions, stops working, or gets damaged, we will replace it, no questions asked.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Please be aware that one-time use items including UV Resin Cartridges, Plastic Sheets, Razor Blades, and Wipes, are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is solely for the RockPro Repair Unit.
How does it work?
If your RockPro Repair Unit needs a replacement, simply fill out our warranty claim form on our website, providing the necessary details about your device.
Pay a nominal $20 processing fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing your warranty claim and the shipment of your new RockPro Repair Unit.
Upon processing your claim and fee, we will ship a new RockPro Repair Unit to the address you’ve provided.
Important Note
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Unlike many warranties, there is no need to provide proof of purchase. We trust our customers and believe in the quality of our products.
